Therapy is a collaborative journey between you and I, where we work together to explore and uncover the deeper issues that may be bringing up challenges in your life. Our partnership is centered on bringing awareness to these obstacles, with the goal of creating meaningful change and personal growth. Through therapy, you can experience a range of benefits, from improving your relationships to addressing the specific concerns that brought you to seek consultation. Your time in therapy is yours. It is an opportunity for self-discovery and transformation.
With my extensive experience in developing strategies for behavior change, I’m here to help identify what’s holding you back. Once we identify those barriers, we’ll create a plan to help you move forward to a better place. Together, we’ll build a safe and supportive space for healing and growth, aligning with your goals for change. In this process, clients are encouraged to explore their inner resources, with tools like worksheets sometimes being used to guide the journey. I encourage clients to take a look at the whole self, mind, body and spirit. The wellness journey includes multiple paths. I strong believe in face to face, in office therapy. I understand the need for telehealth sessions when needed but would prefer you are able to attend a hybrid version of in office and online. Every individual is unique, and I’ll work with you to uncover your strengths for lasting change.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable and complicated emotions that we can experience throughout our lives. Through therapy and self discovery, you can recover motivation, perspective, and joy that may feel distant now.
Our work together can help you rediscover a sense of balance and well-being through multiple approaches.
Relationships are an essential part of every area of our lives work, school, family, and romantic partnerships. Couples therapy can be a valuable resource for anyone looking to deepen their emotional connection at any stage of their relationship. In a supportive and compassionate setting, therapy provides a safe space for partners to discuss challenges openly and explore solutions that strengthen and enhance their bond. My approach focuses on improving communication while also helping individuals recognize and understand how past trauma patterns may be influencing their current relationship dynamics.
I spent over 20 years working extensively in the entertainment industry, where I had the privilege of collaborating with a wide range of creative professionals, including musicians, songwriters, and managers. During that time, I worked closely within the recording studio and alongside bands in live concert settings, gaining a deep understanding of the creative process and the unique pressures that come with performing and producing art.
Today, I bring that firsthand industry experience into my psychotherapy practice. I currently work with scriptwriters, producers, musicians, and other creative professionals, providing a space where we can explore both the opportunities and challenges of working in the entertainment industry. Together, we examine the emotional demands of creative work, the complexities of the industry culture, and ways to maintain balance, resilience, and authenticity while pursuing artistic careers.
