Therapy is a collaborative journey between you and I, where we work together to explore and uncover the deeper issues that may be causing challenges in your life. Our partnership is centered on bringing awareness to these obstacles, with the goal of creating meaningful change and personal growth. Through therapy, you can experience a range of benefits, from improving your relationships to addressing the specific concerns that brought you to seek consultation. Your time in therapy is yours. It is an opportunity for self-discovery and transformation.
With my extensive experience in developing strategies for behavior change, I’m here to help identify what’s holding you back. Once we identify those barriers, we’ll create a plan to help you move forward to a better place. Together, we’ll build a safe and supportive space for healing and growth, aligning with your goals for change. In this process, clients are encouraged to explore their inner resources, with tools like worksheets sometimes being used to guide the journey. I encourage clients to take a look at the whole self, mind, body and spirit. The wellness journey includes multiple paths to goals. Every individual is unique, and I’ll work with you to tap into your personal strengths for lasting change.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through therapy and self discovery, you can recover motivation, perspective, and joy that may feel distant now.
Our work together can help you rediscover a sense of balance and well-being
Couples therapy can be a valuable tool for anyone looking to deepen their emotional connection, at every stage of their relationship. In a supportive setting, therapy provide a safe space for couples to discuss challenges and explore solutions that can help strengthen and enhance their bond. I focus on ways of communicating while discovering trauma patterns in a person past.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. In therapy we can focus on overcoming and lessening these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
